Surmold uses CNC machining and gear hobbing to produce prototypes of plastic parts and plastic gears from a variety of materials, including ABS, Acetal (POM), Nylon, PC, etc. Prototypes can allow customers to do preliminary and experimental testing before investments are made for tools.
