Feature: Unscrewing mold for different thread pitches
Surmold has developed the technology to make a mold of multi cavities for the screw parts with different thread pitches. After plastic parts are molded, according to each of the thread pitches and the plastic shrinkage rate, each of the metal screws can screw back at the ratio 1:1 to keep the precision of the thread pitches of the plastic screw parts.

-When different high-precision screw parts with low quantity are required, applying this technology can save tooling cost.
-For the metal screws, Surmold can make the speed of their screwing back flexible without compromising the precision and have them screw back at the ratio 1:1 when plastic material is changed.
