Surmold YJ

Established in 1978, Yue Jeng offered precision plastic injection molds. Yue Jeng merged the plastic injection molding factory, Sheng-Ming, into Surmold YJ in 1999 so customers can have plastic components with high and stable quality.

With creative spirit and the experience of solving the problems customers faced, we have developed many special technologies. For example, in 1995, a Japanese customer needed the precision pump gears with no little dented teeth at all from post-shrinkage. We developed the pressure adding system in cavities and solved the customer’s problem successfully. We have also developed many other technologies, like laser effect on the surfaces of plastic parts, vacuum system in cavities, warp minimization, a mold for the parts with different thread pitches, etc.
